ZeroBudget is a personal finance application developed by Araniosoft ("we", "us", "our"). Your privacy is our absolute priority.
We do not collect any personal data. All the information you enter into ZeroBudget is stored exclusively on your device (iPhone/iPad) using local storage (SwiftData). We have no access to your financial data, transactions, accounts, or budgets.
All your data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not use external servers, cloud databases, or third-party services to store your information. If you delete the app, all your data is permanently deleted.
ZeroBudget lets you create manual backups of your data to transfer it between devices or restore it after reinstalling the app. Backups can be encrypted with a password you choose; we never have access to that password or to the contents of the backup. You decide where to store the file (iCloud Drive, AirDrop, local storage, etc.) — that decision is outside of ZeroBudget.
ZeroBudget may request access to your camera for the receipt scanning feature. Captured images are processed locally on your device using Apple's Vision technology and are never sent to any server.
ZeroBudget offers optional subscriptions for premium features. These purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's payment system (App Store). We have no access to your payment information or billing data.
ZeroBudget integrates with Apple's Siri and Shortcuts to add transactions by voice. These interactions are processed by Apple under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store data from your interactions with Siri.
ZeroBudget widgets access data stored locally on your device through Apple's App Groups. No data is transmitted to external servers.
ZeroBudget offers optional protection with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode to protect access to the app. This authentication is handled entirely by Apple's operating system.
ZeroBudget is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised update date.
