By downloading, installing, or using ZeroBudget ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ZeroBudget is a personal finance application that lets you manage budgets, record transactions, manage accounts, and set savings goals. The App works entirely on your device with no need for an internet connection or online accounts.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use ZeroBudget on your personal Apple devices, subject to these terms. You agree to:
ZeroBudget offers free features and premium features through a subscription:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple, in accordance with App Store policies.
ZeroBudget offers a free trial of the Pro features when you install the App — no card or subscription required. When the trial ends, you keep using ZeroBudget for free; nothing is charged automatically.
The current trial period is 30 days from first installation.
All data you enter into ZeroBudget is stored exclusively on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Araniosoft is not responsible for data loss due to deletion of the App, device failure, or any other cause.
If you share transactions with others using the App's export features, you are responsible for deciding who you share them with and for how those recipients use them.
ZeroBudget, including its design, source code, graphics, logos, and content, is the property of Araniosoft and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
ZeroBudget is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or operate without interruptions. Specifically:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Araniosoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
The foregoing is without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
ZeroBudget's current free plan includes the features described in the App at the time of your installation. We reserve the right to modify the features included in the free plan for new users in the future. If this happens: (a) users who installed the App before the effective date of the change will keep the essential free features they installed with, and (b) no user-created data will ever be deleted or retroactively locked. Any such change will be announced on this page.
These terms are concluded between you and Araniosoft, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and that, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you.
