1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZeroBudget ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

ZeroBudget is a personal finance application that lets you manage budgets, record transactions, manage accounts, and set savings goals. The App works entirely on your device with no need for an internet connection or online accounts.

3. Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use ZeroBudget on your personal Apple devices, subject to these terms. You agree to:

• Use the App only for personal financial management purposes
• Not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the App
• Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
• Not use the App for illegal activities

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

ZeroBudget offers free features and premium features through a subscription or one-time purchase:

• Monthly subscription: Renews automatically every month
• Annual subscription: Renews automatically every year
• Lifetime purchase: One-time payment, permanent access

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

5. Free Trial Period

ZeroBudget may offer a free trial period for premium features. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged automatically unless you cancel before it ends.

6. Your Data

All data you enter into ZeroBudget is stored exclusively on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Araniosoft is not responsible for data loss due to deletion of the App, device failure, or any other cause.

7. Intellectual Property

ZeroBudget, including its design, source code, graphics, logos, and content, is the property of Araniosoft and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

8. Disclaimer

ZeroBudget is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or operate without interruptions. Specifically:

• ZeroBudget is a recording and organization tool; it does not provide financial advice
• Financial decisions you make based on information in the App are your sole responsibility
• We are not responsible for calculation errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Araniosoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
